1. Every Monday(except for public holidays)
When Monday falls on a national holiday, the library is open, but closed the following day (Tuesday).
2. On the 25th of every month for staff training(except Juiy,Augusust and public holidays)
3. During the Special Inventory Readjustment Period.
4. From the year-end through New Year holidays.
